Start cancellation process
Please send an email to contact@yoonly.eu to cancel your trip. Please include the following information in this: Booking ID, Name + First name, reason for cancellation & SkiZen insurance yes/no.
Eventual cancellation fee
Please note, your cancellation file will not be started until you have paid at least a sufficient travel balance to cover the applicable cancellation fee. Until then, no cancellation file will be created and no refund will be made. This is important, because as long as no cancellation file has been created, the clock is ticking and you will soon find yourself in a higher scale of cancellation fees. Something we both want to avoid at all times, so don't lose sight of this!
Why are cancellation fees attached to a booking? As a travel provider, Yoonly also has costs linked when making a booking. Think for example of booking a seat on the bus, accommodation... If you have taken out insurance, you will then also be reimbursed by our insurance company Assurinco.
No cost
Cancellation within 24 hours of booking
Once you have booked on the website, this is binding. Failure to pay your deposit is not considered a cancellation. Yoonly gives customers who cancel within 24 hours the exception to still cancel for free. This is because after a booking has been confirmed for 24 hours, Yoonly also incurs costs, such as applying for personal insurance, so unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel free of charge from this point onwards.
Replacement for booking
Should the 24-hour period have passed, you can still cancel your booking free of charge. This is possible if you can find a replacement to take over your booking. Please note that you are still bound by the payment of any insurance booked as it is personal and not transferable to another person.

Costs
If you were unable to use the 2 options above, cancellation fees will be attached to your booking. The amount depends on the period up to the departure date. The cancellation file is only started if the minimum cancellation fee is met. As mentioned above, this is very important to avoid higher cancellation fees.
More than 45 days before departure: 30% of the total amount
Between 44 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
Between 29 and 15 days before departure: 65% of the total amount
Between 14 and 10 days before departure: 80% of the total amount
Less than 9 days before departure: 100% of the total amount
Reimbursement via insurance
No worries! If you have chosen for a SkiZEN insurance, the cancellation fee will be refunded by our insurance company Assurinco. Thanks to the SkiZEN insurance, you can cancel your ski trip for any reason up to 24 hours before departure! However, the type of refund depends on the reason for cancellation.
