Substitute for my cancellation
Can't leave on a trip yourself, but found someone who can and wants to go along in your place? Absolutely right. It is completely free to have yourself replaced, even without cancellation insurance.
Conditions
Any replacement must be notified by e-mail to contact@yoonly.eu at least 7 days before departure. Depending on the date you replace yourself, your replacement still has the option to change certain travel components:
More than 30 days before departure: Your substitute can take over your booking with free choice to change travel components already booked by you. This excludes any insurance policy already booked. You are still bound to pay for any insurance policy you have booked as it is personal and not transferable to another person.
Between 29 and 7 days before departure: Your replacement must take over your booking completely unchanged, again with the exception of any insurance policy booked. You yourself are still bound by the payment of any insurance policy booked as it is personal and not transferable to another person.
What exactly do I need to put in place?
You draw up an e-mail to contact@yoonly.eu containing your own booking details (bookingID + name + first name), followed by the name + first name + mobile phone number + e-mail of the person replacing you. Ideally, you should also put this person in the cc of this e-mail. We will then contact your replacement within a maximum of 48 hours and ensure that he/she can register. Once your replacement's registration is complete, we will cancel your booking of which you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The payments you have already made will be allocated to the new booking of your substitute.
How and when will I get my already paid travel sum back?
The payments you have already made will be settled between you. In other words, your replacement will transfer directly to you the travel balance that you have already paid. The payments you have already made will be allocated to your replacement's new booking.
