Substitute for my cancellation

Can't go on the trip yourself but found someone to take your place?



That's great! There are no cancellation fees when transferring your booking to a replacement, even without cancellation insurance. (Please note that if you have cancellation insurance or SKIEUR insurance, this must always be paid and cannot be transferred.)

IMPORTANT: Administrative fees are charged for transferring your booking.

Conditions:
Any replacement must be communicated by email to contact@yoonly.eu at least 14 days before departure. You need to provide your replacement's name, email address, phone number, and your booking ID. Depending on when you arrange the replacement, your replacement has the option to change certain parts of the trip:
More than 30 days before departure: Your replacement can take over your booking with the freedom to change any trip components you've booked, except for any insurance policy. You are still responsible for the payment of any insurance policy you've booked since it's personal and not transferable to another person.
Between 29 and 7 days before departure: Your replacement must take over your booking without making any changes, again except for any insurance policy. You are still responsible for the payment of any insurance policy you've booked since it's personal and not transferable to another person.

What exactly do I need to arrange?
Send an email to contact@yoonly.eu with your own booking details (booking ID + name + first name), followed by the name + first name + mobile number + email of the person replacing you. Ideally, include this person in the CC of the email as well.

We will then contact your replacement within a maximum of 48 hours and ensure that they can register. (!!Please note that during very busy periods, this may take longer. If you don't receive a response after 48 hours, don't hesitate to contact us by phone.) Once your replacement's registration is complete, we will cancel your booking, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Any payments you've already made will be refunded, and your replacement will need to make their payment for the booking.

Administrative fees and insurance-related costs will be deducted from the sum you've already paid.
