Change travel options
Up to 30 days before departure, you can change your travel options yourself via your booking in My Yoonly.
Please note that prices are adjusted in My Yoonly after changing your options. This means your package price changed. It is therefore possible that you have to do an additional payment after changing your travel options. You can track your outstanding balance on your My Yoonly account on our website.
If you need a refund after changing an option, please contact our customer service by phone on +32 2 808 25 70 (BE) +31 208 080 717 (NL) or by email at contact@yoonly.eu.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days before your payment is visable in My Yoonly. It can always take some time for your payment to be received by our system, this is normal.
If you book a group trip via our website (without an association), the main booker is responsible for the total balance to be paid. So always keep track of changes and price differences neatly to avoid misunderstandings.
Exception - Insurance packages with your booking cannot be changed. These are 100% confirmed automatically 24 hours after booking and are completely personal.
Should you wish to change the insurance, please contact us as soon as possible after booking (within 24 hours). We will then amend your booking with the correct details. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.
