Login/password issues

Error message when logging in / entering password
The password must meet the following characteristics:

• min 10 characters
• min 1 capital letter
• min 1 digit
• min 1 special character
  Caution: Some special characters such as the low dash (_) are currently not recognised as special characters. So if you still get an error message, try another special character first.

Password strip invalid
This can mean two things:

• Password does not meet the 4 rules above
• Password creation/reset link is too old and therefore no longer works
