Booking process
Yoonly account creation
Before you can book online, you must first create an account. This is for the simple reason that you can consult your booking online at any time and we can give you the follow-up you deserve. Once you have paid the full fare, for example, your travel documents will also appear on your online account, after which you can download them.
Follow-up booking
Via the account you were asked to create, you can check your booking and its status at any time. Access this online portal by clicking on ' My Yoonly' at the top of the Yoonly website. Log in and then click on 'my bookings' to track your booking(s).
All communication regarding your booking will be sent to you by email (except for group bookings). Please also check your junk mailbox regularly, as some mailbox spam filters consider our mails to be junk mail or a virus...
Mail processing after booking confirmation
After you have confirmed your booking, you will receive an automatic processing e-mail from us. Should this e-mail not appear in your inbox, don't worry! Before getting worried, take a look at the following points:
Check your junk mailbox. Some mailbox spam filters see our mails as a spam mail or virus.
You have entered a wrong e-mail address. Can happen, in fact it happens regularly. Please contact us by e-mail or via the online chat on the Yoonly website.
Side note: You can always change your personal data yourself via your My Yoonly.
Confirmation e-mail with booking overview
Within 48 hours* of the processing e-mail you received, we will send you a booking confirmation e-mail with the payment details. There may be several reasons why you did not receive this confirmation e-mail 48 hours* after receiving your processing e-mail:
Check your junk mailbox. Some mailbox spam filters see our mails as a spam mail or virus.
If there are minors travelling with you, check that each parent has already completed the power of attorney sent via mail.
We have not yet been able to confirm your booking due to heavy traffic or a temporary lack of internet connection abroad. Please wait an additional 24 hours* for confirmation.
Because of a problem with your booking we have tried to reach you. Keep all means of communication open so that we can reach you.
Still nothing? Then contact us immediately by e-mail or via the online chat on the Yoonly website.
Attention! If you have booked with others via a group booking, only the main booker will receive this confirmation e-mail. We do this to reduce the amount of e-mail traffic, thus reducing the chance of our e-mails automatically appearing in the spam folder. More information around group booking can be found HERE.
